The Sacroiliac
Besides Desi Arnaz' song, I'll Take the Rhumba, and The Message, by Grandmaster Flash, I know of four other songs that have the word "sacroiliac" in the lyrics, one of them even named after the little lower back joint:
Parliament - "Ride On" - Chocolate City (Casablanca) [streaming RealAudio]
10cc - "The Sacro-iliac" - Sheet Music (UK) [streaming RealAudio]
Frank Sinatra - "Everybody's Twistin'" - originally released as a single; bonus track on the reissue of Sinatra and Swingin' Brass [streaming RealAudio] (the word "sacroiliac" is heard in the tag at the end of the song)
and: The Bran Flakes - "Put a Hump in Your Back" - I Remember When I Break Down [streaming RealAudio] (You'll have to ask Mr. Otis Fodder where the sample on that one came from -- sounds like it might be from another song by Parliament.)
If you know of another, let us know!
Update:
With the help of Oddio Overplay, and some of her friends on the Exotica list, we now have this list of songs that contain the word "sacroiliac" (I'm sure the list is still far from complete):

Black Box - Ride On
Blondie - Rapture
The Bran Flakes - Put a Hump in Your Back
Billy "Crash" Craddock - Rub It In
Bing Crosby - South America, Take It Away
Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five - The Message
Jerry Lee Lewis - Lewis Boogie
Parliament - Ride On
Otis Redding - Hucklebuck (*)
Frank Sinatra - Everybody's Twistin'
10cc - The Sacro-iliac
